How the Integration Works

Jot.Space forms support webhooks natively. Zapier has a "Webhooks by Zapier" trigger that catches incoming data. Connect the two and you have a fully automated pipeline: Form submission, webhook fires, Zapier catches it, Zapier does whatever you want.

Setup in 5 Minutes

Step 1: Create your Zap in Zapier. Choose "Webhooks by Zapier" as your trigger, select "Catch Hook", and copy the unique webhook URL Zapier gives you.

Step 2: Add the webhook to your Jot.Space form. Open your form settings, go to Webhooks, and paste the Zapier URL. Leave the payload template blank — Zapier works great with the default format.

Step 3: Submit a test. Fill out your form and submit. Go back to Zapier — it should show the test data. Map the fields to your action steps.

Step 4: Build your automation. Add action steps — create a CRM contact, send a Slack message, add to a spreadsheet, trigger an email sequence. Turn on the Zap. Done.
