Availability & Blackout Dates
When you are open, and the specific days you are not.
Two separate controls, and they work differently. Hours are the recurring weekly pattern. Blackout dates are one-off exceptions.
Booking hours
Set an open and close time for each day of the week. A day with no hours set is simply not bookable, which is how you mark a weekend or a day you never trade.
Slots are generated between those times using the flow’s Time Slot Duration. Open at 9:00, close at 17:00, 60-minute slots, and a customer is offered 9:00 through 16:00.
Split shifts
If you close for lunch, set your hours to cover the whole day and use the slot duration to keep the middle free, or run two flows. Hours are a single open-to-close window per day.
Blackout dates
Specific dates that are closed regardless of your hours — holidays, a trade show, a week off. Add them in the blackout section of the flow editor.
Common US public holidays are offered as a quick add so you are not typing them in one at a time.
Things worth checking before you publish
- Open the live booking page yourself and look at the times offered.
- Check the last slot of the day ends when you expect it to, not after you close.
- Book a slot as a customer would, then delete it.
- Check the confirmation button goes somewhere sensible.
Times are shown in the visitor’s own timezone. If you take bookings from outside your area, say your timezone in the description so nobody arrives three hours early.
