Managing Bookings
Where the bookings land, and how to hear about them.
The bookings list
Flows → Booking → All Bookings shows every booking across every flow, newest first, with the flow it came from. This is the working view — the one to check at the start of a day.
Calendar
The calendar view shows the same bookings laid out by date, which is the faster way to spot a gap or an overloaded afternoon.
Getting notified
Open a flow’s Settings to set up notifications. Four options, and they are not exclusive.
Sends a message when someone books. The simplest option and the one to start with.
Webhook
Posts the booking to a URL you control, for wiring into your own system.
Zapier
Hands the booking to Zapier so you can push it into a calendar, a spreadsheet, or a CRM without writing anything.
Attach a form
Point the flow at one of your forms and the customer fills it in as part of booking. Use it for intake questions, allergies, vehicle details — anything you currently ask for by text message afterwards.
Deleting a flow
A flow with bookings against it may refuse to delete, because those bookings reference it. That is deliberate — it stops you erasing a customer’s appointment by tidying up. Clear the bookings first if you genuinely want it gone.
Deleting a flow takes its live booking page offline immediately. Anyone holding that link, or a printed QR code pointing at it, hits a dead page.
