Catalog Products & Stock
Create the product once, sell it anywhere, and stop selling it when you run out.
Catalog products live under Account → Assets → Shop. Unlike an inline product they exist independently of any page, so the same item can appear on several Spaces and still share one stock count.
Creating a product
- Go to Assets → Shop and press Add Product.
- Fill in Product Name and Price.
- Add Product Images. The first one becomes the default.
- Write a Description and, if it helps a buyer decide, Details — specs, dimensions, care instructions.
- Set Stock to however many you have.
- Set Status to make it live.
The fields that matter
Stock and low-stock notification
Stock is your unit count. Low Stock Notification is the threshold where you want to hear about it, so you are not finding out you sold the last one from an angry customer.
Reserve stock during checkout
On by default, and worth leaving on. While a buyer is on the payment screen their unit is held, so two people cannot buy the last one at the same time. The hold releases automatically if they abandon the checkout.
Sale price and On Sale
Set a Sale Price, then switch On Sale on. The page shows the sale price with the original struck through beside it. Setting a sale price without switching On Sale on does nothing.
SKU, materials and weight
Optional, and mostly there for your own records and for shipping. None of them are shown to the buyer unless a section is built to display them.
Categories
Categories group products for browsing. Create them under Assets → Shop → Categories, then assign products to them from the product editor. A product can sit in more than one.
Putting a catalog product on a page
Add a Product, Product Category, or one of the Menu Item Plus sections, then point it at the product by its ID. Copy the ID from the shop table using the clipboard icon on the row.
Selling is a paid feature. You can browse the shop screens on a free account, but saving a product asks you to upgrade first.
