Notifications & Integrations

A submission nobody sees is a lead you did not get.

Open a form’s Settings to decide what happens when someone submits. Set at least one of these — a form that only records to a screen you have to remember to check will cost you work.

Email

The one to start with. Sends a message when the form is submitted, so a quote request reaches you the way any other message would.

Webhook

Posts the submission to a URL you control, as JSON. Use it to push straight into your own software.

Paste the full URL starting with https://. Test it before you rely on it — a webhook pointing at a stale endpoint fails silently.

Zapier

Hands the submission to Zapier, which can then put it wherever you already work — a spreadsheet, a CRM, a Slack channel, a task list. No code.

Attaching a form to a booking

A booking flow can point at a form under its own settings. The customer answers your questions as part of booking rather than in a follow-up message, which means you have what you need before they arrive.

Response time is the thing

Most enquiries go to whoever replies first. Notifications exist so that can be you.

Send yourself a test submission after any change to these settings. It is the only way to know a webhook or an email route actually works, and it takes thirty seconds.
